Women's Volleyball Shows Out in First OEC Exhibition Match in Over a Year
The women’s volleyball team made it back on the court Wednesday night for the first time this year in an exhibition match against Santiago Canyon.
CYPRESS, CA – The women's volleyball team made it back on the court Wednesday night for the first time this year in an exhibition match against Santiago Canyon. Last season, the Chargers finished with a 15-7 record after closing out the regular season with a (3-1) win over Orange Coast. Standout sophomores Mary Hicks and Alexis Flores have both committed to San Diego Christian College following the 2021 season. Mary will continue her indoor career at the next level with Alexis gearing up to take her skills to the sand with beach volleyball. Both will be huge contributors for the Chargers this upcoming season.
UP NEXT: The Chargers will face Orange Coast in their second and final exhibition match of the season on Friday, April 9th at 3:00 PM.
