Esperanza High School: Four year varsity letter winner. Varsity Athlete of the Year (2017). Principals Honor Roll, Distinguished Scholars, and California Interscholastic Federation Award.
Personal: The daughter of John and Sheri Efseaff, sister to Matthew and Andrew Efseaff. Meghan is a nursing major with plans to become a surgical nurse.
