Bio

Buena Park High School: Four year varsity letter winner. Awards include: Offensive Player, Most inspirational, Coaches Award, and Senior athlete of the year. She was also a part of the 1st Team All-Freeway League.

Personal: The daughter of Rochelle Medina and sister to Joshua Travers. Sara enjoys playing video games in her free time. Majoring in Kinesiology, she plans on becoming an athletic trainer or women's basketball coach.

4 Cypress Women's Basketball Players Headed to the Next Level

The Cypress College women's basketball program completed a successful (21-7) season in which they made a trip to the CCCAA Regional Championships. Four players from the 2019-2020 season have since committed to play at the next level at three different four-year universities. Jessica Barrow, Alison Nelson, Sara Weber, and Celine Altamirano will be spread across the country as they take their talents to the next level.
