Nicole Wise Earns Charger of the Week (Mar. 27-Apr. 2)

Sophomore Nicole Wise has earned Charger of the Week (Mar. 27-Apr. 2) after leading the No. 1 ranked softball team to wins over Golden West College, Saddleback College, and a double header sweep of Moorpark College while going 7-for-11 and driving in 6 runs.

Wise went 1-for-2 with an RBI in the Chargers 17-1 rout of Golden West College. Wise led the Chargers to a 4-2 win against Saddleback College as she went 1-for-3 while driving in 2 runs. She also made an outstanding catch in left field to rob the Gauchos of a hit. In the first game against Moorpark Wise went 3-for-3 from the plate with 2 RBI's including the winning run in a 5-1 victory. In the second game Wise was 2-for-3 with an RBI as the Chargers won 11-0.

The Pacifica High School alumna is the third member of the softball to receive Charger of the Week this season.
