Men's Water Polo Wraps Up Season in Victory Over Fullerton, 23-3

The Cypress men's water polo team (12-9, 2-5 OEC) traveled to Orange Coast College for the Orange Empire Conference Tournament. The Chargers matched up against Riverside College in round one where they were defeated 14-7. Cypress would then face Fullerton College in the fifth place game where they dominated the Hornets by a score of 23-3.

The Cypress Men’s Water Polo team (8-7, 1-4 OEC) defeated Fullerton College (2-17, 0-5 OEC) in commanding fashion with a score of 22-3.

The Cypress Chargers men's water polo team (7-7-1, 0-4 OEC) hosted Westcliff University (5-19) this afternoon, losing 17-14. The Chargers were led by Cameron Davidson, who finished with six goals and three assists. Justin Wakefield had three goals to go along with one assist, while goalkeeper Minsoo Park finished the afternoon with seven steals.

Cypress Chargers men's water polo (2-2. 0-1 EOC) hosted the Riverside Tigers (3-4, 1-0 OEC) on Wednesday afternoon in the Orange Empire Conference opening game. The Chargers fought hard but fell up short to the Tigers, 20-13.

The Cypress Chargers Men's Water Polo team (1-2) hosted a three game mini tournament on Friday afternoon at Cypress College. The Chargers took game one of the double-header against Rio Hondo, 19-16. Cypress faced a tough opponent in game two and fell to Cuesta, 21-7.
